His background includes senior roles within Big Four institutions and global football organisations, giving him a strong foundation in financial oversight, strategy and performance.

Neill leads the business with a clear focus on delivering commercially driven property management, helping clients make informed decisions and maximise the value of their assets.

Neill is a chartered accountant with over 15 years’ experience across finance and business.

His background includes senior roles within Big Four institutions and global football organisations, giving him a strong foundation in financial oversight, strategy and performance.

Neill leads the business with a clear focus on delivering commercially driven property management, helping clients make informed decisions and maximise the value of their assets.

Neill is a chartered accountant and brings more than 15 years of experience in finance and business to GM Property Management. His extensive senior leadership roles span complex and high-profile organisations, including Ernst and Young (EY) and City Football Group. Utilising his financial expertise and strategic thinking, he’s generated new levels of growth for the business.

Dave Willmore

Head of Estates

Dave brings together financial expertise and in-depth knowledge of commercial property.

After ten years at EY, he moved into the property sector, specialising in valuation and appraisal. He now leads our leasing and property management functions across the North West.

Dave’s focus is on maintaining well-performing assets, supporting tenants and delivering long-term value across every portfolio.

Mike Fearon

Construction Manager

Mike oversees the construction and maintenance side of the business, bringing hands-on expertise to every project.

With a strong background in building and project delivery, he is responsible for managing refurbishments, repairs and capital works across the portfolio. He works closely with contractors and consultants to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

Mike's focus is on maintaining the quality and condition of every asset, protecting long-term value and ensuring properties remain safe and fit for purpose for tenants and clients alike.
